You should have breakfast before you do the average commute. Without a good breakfast you won't get the nutrients you need to live. Try eating something as simple as cereal or sausage links and bacon. Some other good ways to stay healthy are working out or running on a treadmill or around the block a couple times.It's important to stay healthy so you don't have a weight problem or cant do anything but lie on the couch. Nobody worries about health ever at all and you should because you could make the life that you want to make by doing the right physical activities each and everyday.
