Mainly because of the fact that it would mean to lug around wind mills to power them. Jung-Chih Chiao was the one that thought maybe we should make them smaller.He is the electrical engineering professor at the University of Texas at Arlington.He set out to make adorable little wind mills to power phones. Jung-Chih Chiao built a prototype of the mini windmills they must have been so cute.
